As for other loot, Alphinaud does have a doll and book with him. The doll felt light like the feathers and very warm, it was given to him by the smudged girl. The book is what we found in one of the crates with the other items... I do want to get a better look at it. See what it has written in it, but it'll have to wait a bit.
