Everyone keeps tell me they've gone through worse, and every time I must say, that shouldn't diminish or discount your current experiences. [ everybody here has gone through some kind of murdergame, and she knows most people have their own sorts of traumas from there and from home. ] Just because you've suffered worse doesn't mean you still aren't suffering.
We all must forge ahead to save everyone. I'm not telling you to stop. We can't.
But you need to take care of yourself more. All of us do.
